But Don't Wait!

The Daily Walk Challenge starts on September 1st

Come, walk with us this month!

You could walk alone, but it's so much better with company

But I Can't!

I don't have time...
I have health issues...
I don't have anywhere to walk...

Yes, You Can!

You can walk, even if you struggle with...
Time
All it takes is 15 minutes a day. We all have the same number of seconds each day. How we use them is up to us. Park in the far corner of the parking lot. Take a mid-morning, lunch, or afternoon break. Walk as a family after dinner. You can always find 15 minutes, if it matters to you.
Health Issues
Very few medical conditions prohibit one from walking, and a gentle walk is generally advised for many health conditions. Of course, consult your doctor, and only go as hard and long as your body can handle. But you might be surprised at what you can actually do, if you try.
Location
It's too cold, it's too hot, it's too dusty...
Dress for the weather, maybe add a layer or put on that rain coat, and go find a park. Have you ever tried an indoor location? Many malls offer good places to walk. Many workplaces have long, connecting corridors. Many options exist. We'll help you find one.

You can do it!

Join us for the extra support that will get you out the door,
and finishing with a smile on your face.

I know you can do it. Let us help you.
But Don't Wait,
The Daily Walk Challenge starts on September 1st
